Julija Plavska established Agenda in 2015. Her goal is to share her passion for nutrition, exercise and health and improve people’s quality of life.
Julija holds a BSc Hons in Nutrition and Health; she is a qualified fitness instructor and a registered member of the Association for Nutrition (AfN) UK; she had her practice in a weight management program in one of the NHS hospitals as well as personal consultations for private clients.
Finding healthy solutions to individual weight and nutritional issues are the a key parts of her personalised diet and exercise programmes. She also recognises that many problems with diet and health can arise after childbirth, trauma, stress, personal or work related problems.
The combination of her academic training, with her love of cooking and healthy food, enables Julija to make a real difference to the lives of those struggling with nutritional or weight related problems.
At Agenda, we use several different methods to help our clients lead healthier and happier lives.
We help with healthy eating habits and achievable, lasting weight loss. This includes meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists and exercise programs.
We are particularly interested in working to prevent obesity, heart disease and Type 2 diabetes through education and dietary change.
